When Margy & husband Jim Senna visited Arizona years ago they decided the Valley of the Sun offered the quality of life they had been seeking.  Golf and tennis were the particular activities they enjoyed but they realized the abundance of leisure activities available to all ages.

Margy Senna - mother of 3, retired school teacher and interior designer, and Senior Legislative Aide to the Washington State Senate Majority Leader.  Now an award winning, top producing Arizona realtor / real estate agent.  When not working, her passion is golfing at Troon Country Club, where she lives.

Jim Senna (husband) - a retired attorney and President of a multi-national beer brewing company ... as well as retired CEO of the $100+ million dollar corporation - Shee Atiká, and an active Board Member of many corporations.  Jim's passion is golfing, which he does often and well.

Margy decided to pursue a career in real estate having had a license in Washington State for a number of years.  One month later she was a licensed Arizona Realtor with the prestigious and highly regarded Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.

Her background includes 8 years of teaching in Washington State, Indiana, and Okinawa Japan.  She spent several years in the interior design field prior to becoming the Senior Legislative Aide to the Majority Leader of the Washington State Senate. 

Margy Senna was an avid tennis player since she was a child, playing on high school and college teams, as well as local community tournaments.  But once she caught the golfing "bug," her claim to fame is her Golf Handicap as low as 13, and 4 holes-in-one !!!

Margy Senna has 3 children:  oldest is Scott Taylor, President of Mark-Taylor; middle child Brian Taylor; and daughter Megan Taylor.
